What this site is

Request Medical Quote is an information and referral service operated by Scout Theory LLC. We collect your request, forward it to clinics in Colombia, return their quotes to you, and, if you ask, help with logistics. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or a medical opinion, and nothing on this site is a substitute for a consultation with a licensed physician.

What a quote is

A quote is an estimate prepared by a clinic from the information you supply. It is not a contract and not a guarantee of price or outcome. Clinics confirm pricing only after a clinical evaluation, and your final cost may differ if your case differs from what was described. Price ranges published on this site are typical 2026 ranges drawn from public price lists and patient reports; they are not quotes.

Your relationship with the clinic

Any treatment you receive is provided by the clinic and its physicians under Colombian law and their own terms. Scout Theory LLC is not a party to that relationship and is not liable for the clinic's acts, omissions, or outcomes. You are responsible for verifying credentials (we point you to ReTHUS and the JCI directory for that), for your travel documents and insurance, and for following medical advice.

Referral fees

Clinics may pay Scout Theory LLC a fee when a patient we refer books treatment. This does not change the price the clinic charges you. Where we have such an arrangement with a clinic on your shortlist, we say so.

Veterans and the Foreign Medical Program

Information about the VA Foreign Medical Program is provided for orientation only. Eligibility, coverage and reimbursement decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We are not affiliated with the VA.

Use of the site

You agree to submit accurate information and not to use the form to send spam, test payloads, or requests on behalf of someone who has not consented. We may decline any request without giving a reason. Content on this site is owned by Scout Theory LLC and may be quoted with attribution but not republished in bulk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout Theory LLC's liability to you arising from this site or our referral service is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or medical damages.

Governing law
