Questions people ask before they fill in the form
Is this free?
Yes. Clinics pay us a referral fee when you book. Your price is the clinic's price; we do not mark it up, and we tell you which clinics we have agreements with.
How do you pick the clinics?
Surgeons must be verifiable in ReTHUS, Colombia's national health registry. Hospitals are checked against the JCI directory. Because we are in Medellín, we visit facilities in person and we drop anyone who cannot answer a patient's questions in writing.
What will the quote actually include?
Surgeon fee, anesthesia, facility, implants or materials, pre-op labs, follow-up visits, and what is not included. If a clinic sends a single number with no line items, we send it back.
Is Colombia safe for a medical trip?
Patients stay in a handful of well-run districts (El Poblado, Laureles and Envigado in Medellín; Chapinero and Usaquén in Bogotá). We tell you plainly where to stay and where not to, a driver meets you at the airport, and someone from our team can accompany you to appointments.
Can the VA pay for this?
Sometimes. The Foreign Medical Program covers care for service-connected conditions outside the US, and it does not cover cosmetic work. Ask for a predetermination first; it gives reasonable assurance, not a guarantee. Details in our veterans guide.
Which country's prices are these?
Typical 2026 ranges in US dollars. US figures come from posted cash-pay prices and professional-society averages; Colombia figures come from clinic price lists and patient-reported totals. Your quote will be specific to you.
