The goal is not to broadcast your information everywhere. It is to make the request consistent enough that responses can actually be compared.

Procedure, timing, location preference and contact details. Do not upload detailed medical records into the public intake.
2. We route with consent
Your inquiry may be shared with up to 3 relevant providers based on the information you provide.
3. Providers respond
They can ask follow-up questions, explain what is included, and tell you what requires clinical evaluation.
4. You compare
Look at scope, credentials, facility, follow-up and contingencies, not just the headline number.
What this is not
A quote request is not a diagnosis, approval for treatment, guarantee of candidacy, or promise that the final price will match an early estimate.
